Can you help me with artwork and making up a design? Is it expensive? |

We can help make up your design, and it is very affordable. Most designs take less than 1 hour, and we charge $50 per hour for our experienced
artists. They have produced thousands of designs and know how to make the final design show off your concept. |

Can I get a custom piece, with my own logo and design? |

You bet - that's exactly what we do - we can custom make almost anything that you can dream up. |

Can I add color to my buckle? |

You bet - We have a list of some of our standard colors, but we can get almost any color
that you want. |

What type of layout for the buckle design can I have? |

Almost anything you want - round, oval, rectangular, square etc. To help get you started, here are some
starter templates. |

Can I get my piece with either a shiny or not shiny finish? |
| |
Yes - We call the non-shiny ones, "Antique" - this gives them a 'blackened' or
'aged' look. The shiny ones we call "Bright". |

Do I have to order lots of buckles from you? |
| |
The best price is available if you order 25 or more pieces. However, since everything is custom, we can make any quantity
- larger or smaller. All the way from 1 to many thousand of the same design. To get the best price on a smaller order - just get some people together from your company, club, organization, group or a bunch
of friends and you will be all set. |

Can I get just one piece made? |

Yes, although the more you buy, the less the price is per piece. You may be surprised as to how quickly the price drops
if you get a couple of friends together to place an order! |

How long does it take? |

Once you have approved the artwork, it is usually 3 to 4 weeks. |

How big can the buckle be? |
| |
How big would you like it? Usually belt buckles are about 2 inches by 3 inches. However, we have made them 6 inches
wide and even bigger. Keep in mind that if you are going to wear one that big, you better eat your Wheaties first as it will get pretty
heavy. |

I'm not the best artist, can you help me out? |

You bet - We have professional artists on staff that have made hundreds of belt buckle designs over the years. They will
gladly help refine your idea and make it work. To help get you started, here are some
starter templates, and some clipart. |

Do you have any clipart that I can see to help get some ideas? |
| |
You bet - we have lots of clipart available for you to look at. Just let us know the
clipart number and we can start designing your buckle. |

How much does it cost? |
| |
It is actually quite affordable - usually much, much less than you would pay for standard belt buckles in a store. The
more you buy the lower the unit price. The
beauty is that they will be customized and personalized the way that you want them to be. Your logo, your slogan, your text, commemorating
your event, charity, company etc. |

How do I send along artwork? |

Please send all artwork as vector files (fonts outlined) preferably in .pdf format. We can also take Adobe Illustrator,
Coreldraw, Adobe Photoshop. Scans should be at least 300 dpi. Please make sure that all text is converted to curves or outlines and
scans are placed or sent along as separate files (as a .tif for example). Please zip large files whenever possible. |
